The final book of the Bible states; God makes all things new. (Revelation 21:5) The word "all" includes everyone receiving new life eternal.
"The zeal of the Lord of hosts will do this." (Isaiah 9:7)
Salvation is God's purview from start to end. In Romans 9:14-18 Paul makes it clear that God is in charge of Salvation. Paul is emphasizing a Scripture already known; Exodus 33:10 God says: "I will have mercy on whom I have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I have compassion."
The Church never saves anyone, God has already given this gift.
